Cloudbet Minimum Deposit: The Short Answer

The Cloudbet minimum deposit is about US$1 in crypto. Most coins sit between US$0.10 and US$0.50, and the exact figure for your coin appears on the deposit screen. Anything below it is not credited. Any first deposit, however small, switches on the Welcome Package.

Those four numbers settle most questions. The one catch is the card route: it buys crypto through Swapped, so its floor is higher, and the smallest deposit possible is always a crypto transfer. Amounts here are in US$ because Cloudbet states them that way and has no Australian dollar wallet. The figures come from Cloudbet's help centre and Swapped's published limits, as described on the About page.

The smallest crypto deposit in practice

Think of the floor as a value, not a coin amount. A deposit has to be worth at least about US$1 at the moment it arrives, and for most coins the real threshold is lower, at US$0.10 to US$0.50. Because the rate moves, a transfer sitting right on the line can land slightly under it, which is why a small margin above the shown minimum is sensible. Cloudbet publishes no table of per-coin minimums, so nobody outside the deposit screen can give you the exact number for BTC or LTC today.

What a small deposit unlocks

The Welcome Package offers up to US$2,500 in cash rewards over 30 days, made of 10% rakeback, daily cash drops, a weekly sports cash drop and a final Cash Vault. It carries no wagering requirement, and it does not ask for a minimum amount: the first deposit starts it, and the clock runs from your first bet after that deposit. Each daily reward unlocks at 00:00 UTC and has to be claimed within 24 hours.

Some extras need more than the floor. Cloudbet Academy's promo code needs a first deposit of at least 10 USDT equivalent and standard verification, promo codes in general ask for a minimum deposit plus full KYC, and Cloudbet Rewards, which follows the Welcome Package, asks for phone verification. Rakeback becomes claimable once you have earned at least US$1. The eight newest Cloudbet Originals have a minimum bet of US$0.01, so a small balance goes a long way on those games.

Minimum and Maximum When You Pay by Card

A card cannot fund a Cloudbet balance directly. The Deposit with card option hands you to Swapped, which sells you BTC, ETH or USDT and delivers it to your Cloudbet account. Cloudbet's own August 2026 notice ended fiat balances, so there is no minimum to quote in any fiat currency; the figures below are Swapped's.

The floor and the ceiling

Swapped sets a minimum order of its own, the same for every method it offers in Australia, and shows it on the order screen. It also sets a maximum per method, with the ceiling lower for Skrill and lowest for Neteller. For most players the Cloudbet side matters more than those ceilings, because an unverified account stops at a US$2,200 lifetime deposit cap.

What the fees do to a small order

For Australia, Swapped lists a processing fee of 1.75% plus a small fixed handling fee on Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and 3.5% plus a small fixed fee on Skrill and Neteller. It says all fees are shown before you pay. A spread is built into the unit price as well, and the network fee is separate and moves with demand.

The fixed part is what hurts small orders: it is charged whatever the size, so on the smallest order it takes a much bigger share than on a large one. For scale, Swapped's home page, in a comparison dated 22 January 2026 for US$100 of Litecoin, put the all-in cost of a credit card purchase at 4.02%.

What arrives in the wallet

You receive crypto, not a fiat balance: BTC, ETH or USDT, sent to your account with no separate wallet needed. Cloudbet adds nothing to Swapped's processing fee. Money never travels back the same way, because withdrawals are paid in crypto only, and Cloudbet's terms describe a card payout as a refund of a card purchase, which it may make when a transaction looks too risky.

Card or crypto transfer for a small deposit?

For a first deposit of a few dollars the crypto transfer wins on cost, because it avoids Swapped's higher floor and the fixed handling fee, and you pay only the network fee. The card route earns its place when you do not hold any crypto yet: it turns a card payment into coins in one flow. Swapped's data for Australia also shows no up-front KYC on the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill and Neteller routes, so a first small order can go through without documents, although Swapped may ask for them if its risk checks trigger.

Swapped itself is registered with ASIC and Fintrac and regulated by the Danish FSA, as well as holding its AUSTRAC registration, so it is a licensed intermediary and not a gateway Cloudbet runs. That separation is why Cloudbet's help centre sends card questions about the purchase itself to Swapped.

What Each Banking Rail Adds to the Minimum

The minimum on the deposit screen is only the first number. Each rail on the way adds its own floor or cost, and the total decides what a deposit of a few dollars really delivers.

Cloudbet. The platform does not charge deposit fees. Its crypto transaction fees page lists, for each coin, the minimum withdrawal and the withdrawal fee, with a deposit fee of 0, and it has no minimum-deposit column. That is why the exact deposit floor has to be read from the deposit screen. The same page is the place to check a coin's minimum withdrawal before you plan a small cash-out.

The blockchain. Moving coins costs a network fee, which the sender pays and which depends on the coin and on how busy the network is. On a very small deposit it can be a large share of the amount, so a coin with cheap transfers suits a US$1 deposit better than one with expensive transfers.

Swapped. The card and e-wallet routes add a higher floor, the percentage and fixed fees above, and a spread. Swapped is the party that sets these, not Cloudbet.

Putting it together. Take two examples, both labelled as illustrations. Say you send US$20 in USDT by transfer: Cloudbet credits the full amount that arrives, and the only cost is the network fee on the sending side. Say you buy the same amount by card instead: the percentage fee, the fixed handling fee and the spread all come off before the crypto is sent. The same US$20 therefore arrives with less crypto by card than by transfer.

Your own exchange or wallet. If you send from an exchange, it will usually apply a minimum withdrawal and a fee of its own. Cloudbet does not publish those, and they are not in this guide either, so look them up before you choose a coin. A coin that Cloudbet accepts can still be one that your exchange charges a lot to move.

Tips for Sending a Small Cloudbet Deposit

Small amounts leave little room for mistakes, because a fee or a wrong network can eat the whole payment. These habits keep a US$1 deposit from becoming a lost one.

  • Read the minimum first: the deposit screen shows the exact floor for the coin and network you picked, before you send anything.
  • Leave a little margin: if your exchange takes its fee out of the amount you send, ask for slightly more than the minimum so the arriving amount does not fall short.
  • Think in dollars: USDT and USDC amounts read like dollar amounts, which makes the US$1 floor easy to check at a glance.
  • Match the network: the coin and the chain must both agree with the deposit screen, and bridged tokens like USDC.e and USDT.e are not accepted.
  • Use Connect wallet or exchange: it is one of the three ways to fund an account, next to Transfer crypto and Deposit with card, and it skips Swapped's minimum order.
  • Do not reuse an old address: some coins can generate a new deposit address, and the previous one then stops working, so use the one on screen today.
  • Follow the transfer: if a small deposit seems slow, the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer shows whether it has confirmed, and it is the first thing support will ask for.
  • Skrill and Neteller cost more: they carry a 3.5% processing fee against 1.75% for cards, so they suit larger orders better than tiny ones. When you only need the crypto route, Cloudbet's cashier lists it first.

The 29 coins

Cloudbet's help centre lists these accepted coins: BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, USDP, PAXG, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, LINK, DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO, AVAX, POL, SHIB, BNB, XLM, XRP, stETH, TRON, ZEC, TON, USDe, sUSDe and HBAR. The list does not state Monero or Bitcoin SV, and it gives no separate minimum for any coin, so the deposit screen remains the only source for the exact number. For the full rules on refused payments, from the wrong network to a missing tag, see the deposit declined guide.

How a Small Deposit Appears in Your Records

A crypto deposit is recorded as a coin amount, not as a dollar amount, so the figure in your wallet history can carry several decimal places. A deposit of about US$1 may show as a fraction of a coin, and the US$ value comes from the rate at that moment. Compare the coin amount you sent with the amount credited, and keep the transaction hash in case support asks for it.

For card or e-wallet purchases through Swapped, the record is the confirmation email, which carries the order reference, and the receipt Swapped sends after each transaction. No official source publishes the statement descriptor for these purchases, so this page does not give one. Unexpected tiny token amounts that show up in a wallet are dust and are harmless, according to Cloudbet's help centre.

The reward side is recorded in crypto as well. The Welcome Package is paid in your active currency and calculated in USDT, so a small deposit followed by play produces small coin amounts with plenty of decimals. That is normal, and reading them is easier once you remember that each coin amount is only a share of one unit. A tidy habit is to note the date, the coin, the network and the amount for each deposit, which gives support everything it asks for if a transfer ever needs to be traced.

Minimum and Maximum for Every Cloudbet Deposit Method

Here every route is lined up on the amounts that matter for a small deposit. The Min column shows where the floor comes from, and the Max column shows the largest single amount.

The crypto rows say "Deposit screen" because Cloudbet publishes a general rule, not a table per coin: at least about US$1 in value, with most coins lower. Read that way, every coin in the list has the same basic floor and differs only in network cost. The Swapped rows have a floor and a ceiling that Swapped sets and shows on its own order screen.

"None at level 2" is a statement about Cloudbet, not about the network. Until you finish the second verification level, the lifetime deposit cap of US$2,200 is the real maximum, and the next section explains how it works. Swapped's own ceilings rarely come into play before that.

Reading the Speed and Fee columns

The Speed cell for crypto reflects the help centre's wording that deposits are usually credited within minutes, with delays when a network is congested. Cloudbet advises waiting at least 10 minutes before you chase a deposit. For the Swapped routes, the cell shows the manual review that some orders get, a check that typically finishes in 10 minutes but may run to 30. The Fee cell for crypto says Network because Cloudbet's own deposit fee is zero, and for the Swapped rows it shows the processing percentage plus the fixed handling fee.

Which route for a small amount

Reading the table for a small deposit, a crypto transfer comes first: no Swapped step, no extra floor and no percentage fee. Connect wallet or exchange is a variation of the same thing. Card and Apple Pay or Google Pay come next, because the 1.75% fee is the lowest of the Swapped routes, and Skrill and Neteller come last at 3.5%. Where you land on that ranking also depends on whether you already hold crypto, since buying it is what the Swapped routes are for.

A practical order of questions for a small first deposit: do you already hold crypto, which coin has the cheapest transfer from your wallet, and does the deposit screen show a floor you can clear with a little to spare? If the answers are yes, use a transfer. If you hold no crypto, compare the fee shown on Swapped's order screen with the extra cost of buying coins elsewhere first, and remember that Swapped displays every fee before you confirm, so you can back out at no cost.

The last column is a reminder that deposits and withdrawals are separate rails. Every coin can come back out to an external wallet, while card and e-wallet routes are one-way and exist only to buy crypto.

Cloudbet Deposit Limits and Verification Levels

A new account starts on level 1, which needs only a phone number. Level 2 asks for a photo ID, a proof of address and a face check. The difference shows up in the caps below.

LevelDeposit capWithdrawal cap
Level 1 (phone)US$2,200 lifetimeUS$2,200 daily
Level 2 (ID)NoneNone

The two US$2,200 figures are separate. The deposit cap counts everything you have ever deposited, so it does not reset, while the withdrawal limit resets every 24 hours. Cloudbet's terms ask for identity verification once cumulative deposits reach US$2,200. Sending documents does not lift a cap until they are approved, and large withdrawals on level 2 can still get an extra review.

Planning around the cap

For a small, cautious start the US$2,200 lifetime cap may never matter. It becomes relevant when deposits add up over weeks, because verification is then required, and Cloudbet's terms say it must be completed within the time Cloudbet specifies or the account can be suspended. A withdrawal above the daily US$2,200 limit also needs level 2. Nothing stops you from verifying early, and level 2 removes the question for good.

Documents that pass

The full name has to be identical on the ID and the proof of address. The proof of address must be dated within the last 3 months, and mobile phone bills are not accepted. The name and address prompt before a first deposit is an anti-money-laundering step and not the same thing as verification.

Your own deposit limits

Separate from those caps, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit under Preferences and Responsible gambling. A stricter limit applies at once, a looser limit or its removal takes 24 hours, and funds held back by a limit return within 36 hours of the request. Money over a limit appears as balance on hold and is credited when the limit is lifted, or straight away if you complete level 2.

Staying in control as deposits grow

The same menu offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, and self-exclusion for 1, 3 or 5 years or for life. A lifetime exclusion cannot be undone once set. Limits work best when they are chosen before the first deposit, not after a bad session. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support at any hour on 1800 858 858.

The playthrough before a withdrawal

Before withdrawing, an unverified account has to wager 100% of its deposits, and a verified one 25%. Only settled bets count. As an example, with a US$20 deposit, level 1 needs US$20 of settled bets and level 2 needs US$5.

If a Small Deposit Is Refused

Two amount-related causes account for most refusals: a deposit worth less than the coin's floor, and coins sent on the wrong network. Cloudbet's terms, clause 7.1.3, also list Australia among restricted countries, which can stop a deposit regardless of its size.

If the amount is the issue, the fix is simple: send a clearly larger deposit in one transfer rather than several tiny ones, because a deposit below the floor is simply not credited. When the coin or network is the issue, support can only help if you send the coin, network, deposit address, date and transaction hash, and recovery is unlikely for coins sent to a network Cloudbet does not use.

Limits can look like refusals too. A deposit over your own limit, or past the level 1 cap, is held as balance on hold rather than rejected, so check that status in your account before assuming the payment failed.

The deposit declined guide walks through every cause and its fix, and the legitimacy guide sets out the licence behind the platform.

Cloudbet Minimum Deposit: Quick Answers

Short answers on amounts, caps and fees.

What is the minimum deposit at Cloudbet?

All deposits must be worth at least about US$1. Most coins have a floor between US$0.10 and US$0.50, and the exact minimum for your coin is shown on the deposit screen. A deposit under that figure is not processed or credited.

Do I need a minimum deposit to get the Welcome Package?

No special amount is set. The package is activated by a first deposit of any size, with no promo code, and its 30 days start with your first bet afterwards. The size of the deposit does not change the US$2,500 ceiling.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Cloudbet?

It differs by coin. Cloudbet lists the minimum withdrawal and the fee for each coin on its crypto transaction fees page, and this guide does not copy figures that can change. Withdrawals are always paid in crypto to an external wallet or exchange.

Can I deposit less than US$1 with a card?

No. A card deposit buys crypto through Swapped, whose own minimum order is shown before you pay and is higher than the crypto floor. Only a crypto transfer can go as low as the coin's own floor.

Is there a maximum deposit?

On a level 1 account the lifetime deposit cap is US$2,200. Completing level 2 verification with photo ID, proof of address and a face check removes the limit. Swapped sets its own ceiling per order on the card and e-wallet routes.

Does Cloudbet charge a deposit fee?

No. Cloudbet's deposit fee is zero for crypto, and for card purchases the help centre says only Swapped's processing fee applies. You pay the network fee to move coins, which depends on the coin and how busy the network is.

How do I set a deposit limit?

Open the profile icon, then Preferences, Responsible gambling and Deposit limits, and choose a daily, weekly or monthly amount. A stricter limit starts immediately, while a looser one or removal waits 24 hours. If a deposit failed instead, see why deposits get declined.

Which coins can I use for a small deposit?

Cloudbet accepts 29 coins, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL and XRP. Bridged tokens such as USDC.e and USDT.e are not supported. Pick a coin your wallet or exchange can send cheaply, because the network fee comes out of your pocket.
